Garmin coach - Smooth running

Good morning! After completing a 10km program during which Garmin Coach gave me the paces at which to run, I started a semi program.

Problem, after the 4 reference races that I was able to do, Garmin coach only offers me races at a leisurely pace without telling me the pace at which to run...

Is this normal?
